3 (Healthier) BENTO BOX Lunch Ideas 🐝 DAY 8
Turkey, bean and kale wraps
- 2 roasted and jarred peppers
- 1 small cucumber
- 100 g of kidney beans
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vingar
- 1 de-stemmed kale head
- 250 g of turkey slices
Finely chop the peppers and cucumber and mix with the beans, seeds, oil and vinegar.
Lay the kale leaves on a flat surface and spoon the veggie mix over the top. Add a grind of pepper or pinch of chilli flakes if you want to give it a kick.
Top with turkey and wrap it up. Stick it in your lunchbox for an instant hunger-pang fix.
